I am a mother, a poet, and most importantly, a child of God. My journey has been one of resilience—surviving suicidal ideation, battling depression, and overcoming anxiety. Through these challenges, I have found strength and healing in faith, and now I’m dedicated to giving hope to the hopeless. By sharing my story, I aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health and shine a light on the powerful intersection of faith and healing. My mission is to remind others that they are not alone and that there is always hope, even in the darkest of times.
